Bonobos is looking for a Marketing Director to develop and manage the company's CRM strategy, driving the long term value from our rapidly growing customer base. 

As our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a vision and strategy for building valuable long-term relationships with the Bonobos customer. Your role will include customer life-cycle management, all email marketing efforts and coordinating with social media team members. 

Your ability to develop an actionable approach to customer segmentation and personalization, manage consistent and compelling on-site marketing assets and extend that approach across all customer touch points will position you as a crucial player within our team. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and more importantly,  you will learn all of the lyrics to LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem during team meetings.

  • Have developed lifecycle management strategies and led multichannel customer communication strategies 
  • Are obsessive about all things email-marketing related
  • Have E-commerce and brand management experience
  • Understand and love utilizing the evolving social media landscape to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Have excellent analytical, forecasting, modeling and budgeting skills (and possibly, Ultimate Frisbee skills)
  • Relish being a quant nerd
  • Are passionate about using cutting edge technology to enhance customer interactions
  • Have a Bachelor's degree and preferably an MBA 
  • Are extraordinarily ambitious and a self-starter
  • Like to eat tacos for lunch for 10 straight days (Marketing has been guilty of this in the past.)
