Bonobos is looking for a Head of Customer Acquisition to bring more people into our fantastic customer experience in an innovative and economical way. 

As our Head of Customer Acquisition you will be directly responsible for inventing, creating, scaling, investing, harvesting and divesting acquisition programs. You will be managing a large budget to a generous but firm CAC threshold. This is a strongly entrepreneurial role and one for someone who is up for one of the most important jobs at a company attempting to invent a new business model: vertical e-commerce. While you will be managing a multi-million dollar budget, it's not the size that excites you; it's the return on investment and the opportunity to drive award-winning marketing campaigns.  

You will be given plenty of autonomy, one of the hallmarks of a culture which was recently named one of the Top 50 Places to Work in NYC by Crain's.  We work with data-driven segmentation, so plan to be targeting not just one segment, but six. Likewise, an on-going education on the aesthetic and meaning of our brand will be crucial to your ability to both market effectively across channels and build not just a customer base, but an affinity for our offering.  You will be inheriting at least one great direct report and will have the potential to build your team.  You must be a master of timely responses and self-aware communication, as multiple teams and the company as a whole will be relying on you and the results you drive.
