Bonobos is looking for a fast-learning, detail-oriented, multi-tasking store coordinator to help us support product launches, visual merchandising, and systems administration as we rapidly scale our systems, processes, catalog, and store operations.

You should enjoy and thrive in the culture of a fast-paced, quickly evolving business, where you will have influence and responsibility to affect change and develop best practices. You will wear multiple hats while building a growing business and helping develop a world class e-commerce experience.

You…

  • Are incredibly detail & process oriented, but are flexible & creative enough to find workarounds if necessary
  • Are capable & comfortable with software, systems and technology, even when they don't work well
  • Have a strong work ethic & the ability to power through mountains of work when needed
  • Are excited about serving and supporting other teams at our company, often behind the scenes
  • Are good at instructions, both following them & writing sets of them for others as you train new hires
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally & in written form
  • Are passionate about using cutting edge technology to enhance customer experience
  • Have a Bachelor's degree, a sense of humor & experience playing well with others
  • Are extraordinarily ambitious, self-motivated & able to work independently
  • Are excited about earning your White Belt in customer service as part of your first 30 days.

We…

  • Believe in the power of self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy & positive energy as our team values
  • Work hard because we love what we’re doing, but also believe in balance
  • Will back up our talk with a competitive compensation & benefits package, challenging projects, random acts of team-wide fun, awesome co-workers & the rare tribal atmosphere that values individuality
  • Are excited to hear from you
