Bonobos is looking for a razor sharp Merchandising Planning Manager who has 3+ years of work experience, is intellectually curious and hungry for an entrepreneurial role at a start-up.

As our Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be the backbone of our partner brand business. You will own all product categories for the partner brands we sell on our site and will work closely with the merchandising team to write each buy and ensure optimal receipt distribution. Additionally, you will be involved in expanding the partner brands business beyond the bonobos.com web site.

• Have 3+ years of merchandise planning experience with direct category responsibility
• Are excited to develop processes and reports to analyze sales, stock and profitability across business segments
• Are charismatic and instantly likeable to a wide variety of people, but are tough enough to hold the line when necessary
• Display a balanced mix of self-confidence and humility
• Are naturally compassionate and demonstrate strong empathy, easily thinking of the world from the perspective of another person

• Are razor sharp analytically, aced the math section of the SAT, and excel at analyzing and solving problems…in Excel
• Have the analytical ability to synthesize data from different systems to understand business trends and provide forward-looking insight
