Bonobos is looking for Fit Ninjas to provide the best in-person shopping, fitting and styling service to take our customer experience to the next level.

No store? No problem. Our enthusiastic Fit Ninja is what we call a fashion-conscious, service-oriented, incentive driven sales powerhouse. The Fit Ninja brings direct sales knowledge to the forefront with their love for style, passion for quality and insistence on top-tier service. They fully understand and appreciate the importance of our customer's happiness and are willing to get innovative to ensure they have the best shopping experience possible. Their commission driven mindset motivates them to find opportunities where the Bonobos shopping experience will thrive so they can make magic happen. 

Our shopping experiences come in a variety of forms and as a Fit Ninja you will be at the helm of them all, including: in-person appointments at our NYC showroom; marketing events and pop-ups and of course, at our trunk shows where your extensive product knowledge and service mindset establishes you as a memorable ambassador for the Bonobos brand. Your enthusiasm for Bonobos and our customers is completely contagious and you can't help but spread the word.

And finally, as an extension of the Ninja team, you will master the ins, outs, ups and downs of our stellar customer service model and offer supplemental Ninja support, making you a true pillar of the Bonobos brand.

• Are self-motivated and confident in your ability to network
• Have sales experience and understand the direct correlation between generating leads and commissions
• Love making people happy and want to help everyone feel great
• Tell strangers on the street that their tag is showing
• Can create, present and sell ideas for fit parties to outside groups and businesses
• Are well organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Know or want to learn as much as possible about men's fashion, fabrics, styles, fits and more
• Have, at some point in life, worn pants
